Comment from a Kelsey Student: I think that having wet Wednesdays and thirsty Thursdays at the Kelsey Campus is a very bad idea. Because really they are promoting drinking and driving and drinking in the work place. I am in the Welding course and the first thing the teachers taught us was that SAFETY COMES FIRST and now they are lettings students drink at school. In my class yesterday there was 5 intoxicated students, that is not safe at all. I think it is terrible, i am not getting injured or killed because the person i am working with is drunk. i think it is a terrible idea and i wan TOTALLY AGAINST IT.
Hello, and thanks for your response. The library doesn’t have any involvement with these events on campus, but we have forwarded your concerns to Warren White (the Welding Program Head) and also to the President of the Kelsey Student Association.
